Specificity
Phospho-GATA-2 (S401) Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of GATA-2 protein only when phosphorylated at S401.

Dilution rate
Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. ELISA: 1/5000. Not yet tested in other applications.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Background
