Nucleus, nucleolus . Nucleus, nucleoplasm . Cytoplasm . Chromosome . In discrete foci distributed throughout the cytoplasm and nucleoplasm during the 4 to 8 cell stages and the morula stage, but not in the periphery of the nucleolar precursor body (NPB).
